Insight

At Christmas, value is emotional as much as financial. People want the season to feel abundant and sociable, but they are also looking for brands that understand real households and real pressures.

That created the opportunity to pair Co-op with credible cultural voices who could bring warmth, humour and relevance without forcing the brand into entertainment for its own sake.

Outcome

The campaign gave Co-op a more visible and culturally fluent Christmas presence, helping the brand show up with more personality in a crowded retail period.

More importantly, it showed how a values-led retailer could use talent partnerships and community storytelling without losing the brand's everyday credibility.
